DELIVERY TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number together with a link to the shipping carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe after shipment, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking details so that we can assist you promptly.Please allow up to 48 hours from order confirmation for your tracking information to update.
US DELIVERY

PARCEL DELIVERIES

Deliveries are an all-day service Mon-Sat between 8am and 7pm.

You will receive a text from the couriers with a delivery date.

Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery on the delivery date or contact the courier to rearrange.

We strongly recommend that you do not book any fitters or installers until you have received all of your goods in full.

If you haven't added your contact number to your order please email this across to us as soon as possible. Without this, the delivery driver won't be able to contact you.

Please inspect your goods upon arrival. While a signature confirms receipt, we strongly recommend noting any visible packaging damage on the driver's delivery note to speed up any potential claims.
BEFORE DELIVERY & ON-SITE INSPECTION
Important: Please do not sign for the delivery before carefully checking the condition and quantity of the goods. If the shipment is damaged, clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
By signing the delivery receipt without any damage remarks, you confirm that the products were received in good condition and in the correct quantity as stated on the document. Any damage not recorded on the delivery receipt—whether minor or major—will be deemed to have occurred after delivery, and MonBlari will not be responsible for compensation.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes and costs vary for all countries outside of the US. For an accurate quote or delivery timeframe, please contact us at service@monblari.co.uk.
Please note: International orders are not inclusive of VAT. The customer is responsible for local VAT and duty charges upon the arrival of goods.
A customs charge may be applied; Monblari is not liable for this fee, and the customer is responsible for paying this to the authorities. Custom charges apply subject to the specific regulations of the country. To ensure product quality and transportation safety, please allow for any necessary processing times during the customs phase.

For parcel deliveries: Once the courier (DPD/UPS) receives your parcel, you will be sent a link to their secure online payment portal to settle any applicable duties, fees, or taxes.
If you do not pay the customs fee, your local authorities may withhold the items or return them to us, which may incur a holding charge for storage. Please note that these regulations vary by location.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
These items are in stock and will be processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Note : During peak seasons, holidays, or due to logistics constraints, processing time may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.
